Students can use this Free My Teacher is Missing Writing Printable Sub Plans Activity (based on the book Miss Nelson is Missing) when they have a substitute teacher. I choose a few great finished pieces to keep each time I have a sub and keep them in a binder for students to read during choice reading time, so I’ve included a binder cover as well.
