box tops

It’s officially back to school time here in Juneau and although I won’t be headed to the classroom this year (I’m taking a leave of absence to spend some time with my babies!), my head is for some reason still in that mode. So…I made something that was on my to-do list for when I am back in the classroom and wanted to share it with you!

My class collects Box Tops every year, and I have had some great years and bad years for turn-in amounts. So, I wanted to make something that I could send home with my own class letting parents know we are collecting, a little poster to put on the collection box/coffee can, and a flier to let families know when we are having a Box Tip drive (sometimes we would get a class popsicle party if we turned in the most).  And if you are wanting to collect Box Tops for your class, you can click below to grab your own copies of my FREE Box Top organizer/parent letter by signing up for my weekly newsletter below:

What about you? Does your school collect Box Tops? What tips or ideas do you have that you can share that have made your turn-in rate successful or unsuccessful? Please comment below if you’d like to share!

This is great, thank you! I don't have very much success getting these turned in but I do bring in my own from home since our school does collect them. We used to have a librarian who would remind our students when they went to see her during library time and keep track of what classes brought in the most but then she left. Last year our secretary put a jar in the office but I'm not sure how successful that was. Hopefully your letters/posters will help, thanks again! 🙂

This is great and I hope it increases the number of box tops I receive!

I’m not a teacher but the box to coordinator for my school. How do I get it without registering?
